Crockpot Roast
Ingredients
- 1 3 to 3 1/2 lb. beef roast
- 2 cans whole potatoes
- 2 cans sliced carrots
- 1 can cut green beans
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 pkg. brown, mushroom, or beef gravy
Directions
Open beef roast, season to your taste, and place in crockpot. Drain liquid out of the vegetables, add them to the crockpot. Cook on medium all day, about an hour before serving add gravy and let it simmer till thickened. Take roast out of crockpot and let rest 5 minutes. Slice roast to your thickness, place on a platter and surround with vegetables. Place gravy in a bowl and serve. Servings depend on how thick your slices are.
