If you like a savory gravy with your roast, this is the one to try. It's easy too!

Ingredients

  • 1 roast
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can water

Directions

Slice onion and place in bottom of crockpot. Lightly brown roast in small amount of oil in a skillet on both sides. Put in crockpot over onions. Add the 2 cans of soup and 1 can of water. Cover and cook on low 8-9 hours.
