  • 1 pound of scallops, either sea or bay
  • 1 box frozen spinach, thawed
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 bag Swiss cheese
  • 1 tablespoon seafood seasoning
  • 1 box linguine

Put spinach in strainer and using your hands, get rid of any excess moisture. Put in slow cooker. Add garlic, cream, 1/2 bag cheese and seafood seasoning to slow cooker. Mix thoroughly, cover and cook on low for 30 minutes. Lay scallops on top of mixture and add the rest of the cheese. Cook for 1 hour. 10 minutes before cooking is complete, cook the linguine according to package directions. Drain and plate the pasta, scoop the scallop, spinach and cheese mixture on top. Serve.
