Ingredients
- Cabbage:
- 1 head of cabbage
- Sauce Mixture:
- 3 T. lemon juice
- 3 T. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 T. brown sugar
- 1 can of tomato sauce
- Cabbage Filling:
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 egg
- 1/3 C. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. pepper
- ½ C. uncooked rice
- 2 T. onion powder
- 1/2 C. sauce mixture

Directions
Create the sauce by mixing the ingredients together in a large bowl. Set it aside. For the filing mix together the cabbage filling ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Pull the cabbage head apart. Fill each cabbage leaf with the cabbage filling mixture. Roll up the cabbage, by grabbing the opposite ends. Gently, place the stuffed rolls into the crockpot. Pour the sauce mixture over the stuffed rolls. Set the crockpot on low for 8 hours. Salt and pepper them to taste. Enjoy!
