  • 1 lb Lean Ground Beef
  • 2 C cooked White Rice
  • 2 C Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 C Salsa
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • ½ tsp Chili Powder
  • Kosher Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 6 Bell Peppers, tops removed, stemmed and seeded

Begin this recipe for crockpot stuffed peppers by spraying the inside of your crockpot with cooking spray or lightly oiling with olive oil. Next, combine the raw beef, rice, cheese, salsa, cumin, and chili powder in a large bowl.
