Crockpot Stuffed Peppers

- 1 lb Lean Ground Beef
- 2 C cooked White Rice
- 2 C Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 C Salsa
- 1 tsp Cumin
- ½ tsp Chili Powder
- Kosher Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 6 Bell Peppers, tops removed, stemmed and seeded
Begin this recipe for crockpot stuffed peppers by spraying the inside of your crockpot with cooking spray or lightly oiling with olive oil. Next, combine the raw beef, rice, cheese, salsa, cumin, and chili powder in a large bowl. Once well combined, spoon this mixture into each of the bell peppers and set each stuffed pepper into your crockpot. Pour more salsa over the top.
Cover and cook on low for five to six hours or oh high for two to three hours until the peppers are tender and the beef is fully cooked.
