Crockpot Sweet and Sour Chicken Breasts

Ingredients
- 2 lb. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
- 1/3 C. Ketchup
- 1/4 C. Chicken Broth
- 3 Tbs. Granulated Sugar
- 2 Tbs. Plum Sauce
- 2/3 tsp. Quick-Cook Tapioca
- 1/4 tsp. White Wine Vinegar

Directions
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Arrange the chicken on the bottom of a large slow cooker. In a small bowl, stir together the ketchup, broth, sugar, plum sauce, tapioca, and white wine vinegar. Pour the sweet and sour sauce over the chicken. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until chicken has been cooked through.
