Crockpot Sweet Potatoes & Polish Sausage

Let the crockpot do the work for this hearty, family-filling meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 or 2 Sweet Potatoes (depending on the size) diced
  • 2 green onions chopped fine
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 3 white potatoes for each 2 people eating
  • diced cinnamon to taste
  • 2 Tbs. honey or 1/4 C. brown sugar
  • 1 polish sausage sliced

Directions

Place all ingredients in the crockpot with water or broth to just cover the potatoes. Cook on low for 8 -10 hours or on high for 4.
