Crockpot Sweet Potatoes & Polish Sausage

Ingredients
- 2 Sweet Potatoes, diced
- 2 green onions, chopped fine
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 3 white potatoes
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 C. brown sugar
- 1 polish sausage, sliced

Place all ingredients in the crockpot with water or broth to just cover the potatoes. Put in 3 more white potatoes for every 2 more people eating. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4.
