Crockpot Swiss Steak
Ingredients
- 2 or 3-lb. round sirloin steak (your preference)
- 1 can petite diced tomatoes (Italian style is very good in this recipe)
- 1 jar beef gravy
- 1 can beef broth
- 2-3 potatoes
- baby carrots
- celery (optional)
- salt, pepper, and seasoning of your choice
Directions
Clean potatoes and carrots. Place in bottom of crock pot sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle steak with seasonings of your choice and rub in. Place on top of vegetables. Mix tomatoes, gravy and broth together, pour over meat and vegetables. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until meat is tender.
