  • 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. taco seasoning mix
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 red pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 1/2 C. Thick & Chunky Salsa
  • 1 C. Shredded Mexican Four Cheese

Toss the chicken in the seasoning mix and flour. Place in the slow cooker and add the veggies and salsa on top. Mix well and cover. Cook on low 6 hours. Stir the chicken mixture and serve on top of hamburger buns with the cheese.
