  • 2 cans coconut milk, shaken
  • 2 tsp. sriracha sauce
  • 1 tsp. ground coriander
  • 2" cube ginger, roughly chopped
  • 2 stalks fresh lemongrass, cut in 1" pieces
  • 1 Tbs. fish sauce
  • 1 Tbs. lime juice
