Crockpot Turkey & Rice Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. turkey tenderloins
- one 6.2-oz. pkg. Oriental rice and vermicelli
- one 10-oz. pkg. frozen green peas, thawed
- 1 C. sliced celery
- 4 Tbs. butter, melted
- one 14-oz. can chicken broth
- 1 1/2 C. fresh broccoli florets
Directions
Cut tenderloins into strips. In a non-stick skillet, saute turkey strips until no longer pink. In a large crockpot, combine turkey strips, rice-vermicelli mix and seasoning packet, peas, celery, butter, chicken broth, and 1 cup water. Mix well. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours. Turn heat to high, add broccoli and cook another 20 minutes.
