Crockpot Turkey Soup

Ingredients
- 2 C. shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 2 ribs celery, sliced
- 1 sm. onion, chopped
- 2 Tbs. butter
- one 15-oz. can carrots, sliced
- two 14-oz. cans chicken broth
- 1/2 C. orzo pasta
- 2 C. cooked, chopped turkey
Directions
In a skillet, saute mushrooms, celery, and onion in butter. Transfer vegetables to slow cooker and add carrots, broth, orzo, and turkey. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours or on high for 1-2 hours.
