Crockpot Vegetable Beef Soup

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 3 stalks celery, diced
- 1 (29 oz.) can Italian-style stewed tomatoes, drained
- 1 (15 oz.) can mixed vegetables, drained
- 2 qt. beef broth
- 3 Tbs. soy sauce
- 2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 tsp. paprika
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 3 large potatoes, cubed

Directions
In a large skillet, cook the beef over medium heat. Mix in the garlic, potatoes, onion, green bell pepper. Cook and stir until the beef is cooked and vegetables are tender. Drain the grease and transfer to a crockpot.
Mix in the celery, stewed tomatoes, and mixed vegetables. Pour in the beef broth, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Cover and cook on high for 7 hours.
