Use your favorite toppings on this easy crockpot pizza. It's healthy, since it's piled high with vegetables, but it sure doesn't taste like it's less than 200 calories per slice!

  • 1 (11-14 oz.) pkg. refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 C. pizza sauce
  • 1 C. shredded mozzarella cheese
  • onions, for topping
  • mushrooms, for topping
  • peppers, for topping
  • broccoli, for topping
  • artichoke hearts, for topping
  • halved cherry tomatoes, for topping

Grease the crockpot. Unroll the dough and put it in the bottom of the crockpot. Press it out with your fingers until it comes up the sides a few inches. Spread the sauce evenly over the dough. Sprinkle with 3/4 C. cheese. Scatter the top with the vegetables. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Cover and cook for 2 to 1/2 hours on high, or until the crust begins to brown around the edges. Uncover, but don't let the condensation drip onto the pizza. Let it stand for 15 minutes.
