Crockpot Vodka Cream Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 cans of diced tomatoes
- 2 chicken breast, chopped
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 package of cream cheese, cubed
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 4 C. Parmesan cheese
- ½ C. vodka
- ½ onion, sliced

Directions
Place all of the ingredients into the crockpot, except for the Parmesan cheese. Stir before you let it cook. Let it cook for 4-6 hours on a low setting. Stir it after the 4-6 hours. Let it sit for another 2-4 hours on a low setting. Stir once more to make sure the cream cheese is melted. Add the Parmesan cheese and stir it in. Serve over barley, rice or pasta. Enjoy.
