  • 3/4 C. water
  • 2 1/2 C. blondie mix
  • 1 C. raspberries
  • 1/2 C. white chocolate chip morsels
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbs. soft margarine
  • 1/4 C. water

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Mix together well. Spread the batter evenly in the bottom of a lightly buttered slow cooker. Pour boiling mixture over the batter. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours. Turn heat off and let stand another 30 minutes. Spoon into dessert dishes while warm.
