Serving Size / Yield
- 1 tbs. butter
- 1 C. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 slices sourdough bread
- 2 slices ham
- 1 cage-free egg
In a small saucepan, warm butter over medium heat. Add in cheese and stir until completely melted. Dip bread into cheese mixture.
Warm a large skillet over medium heat. Add one slice of bread to skillet and top with ham. Add on remaining bread slice. Cook for 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Remove sandwich from heat and set aside.
In the same skillet, add egg and cook to desired temperature. Top sandwich with egg and serve warm.
