  • 2 Tbs. Salted Butter, room temperature
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Lemon Zest
  • 2 Tbs. Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 12-16 Asparagus Spears, trimmed
  • Sea Salt, to taste

In a small bowl, mix together the butter, lemon zest, and grated Parmesan. Set lemon and parmesan butter aside. In a large saucepan, bring salted water to a boil. Add asparagus to saucepan and cook for 2-5 minutes until tender. Remove stalks with a slotted spoon and drain. Place asparagus stalks onto a serving dish. Spread the butter across the stalks, making sure it melts a bit over each of them. Sprinkle with sea salt for taste before serving.
