Crunchy Crisp Cinnamon Apple Chips

- 8 apples, cored and thinly sliced
- 2 T. lemon juice
- ¼ C. sugar
- 2 T. cinnamon
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. In a bowl, toss apple slices with lemon juice, cinnamon, and sugar. Spread slices out onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper, sprinkle with extra cinnamon, and bake for 3 to 4 hours until crispy. Be sure to flip chips about every hour to evenly bake.
