This sweet and salty granola is super easy to put together in the slow cooker! Use it to top your yogurt or with milk for a delicious breakfast!

  • 4 C. oats
  • ½ C. chopped peanuts
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 2/3 C. honey
  • 1/3 C. butter, melted
  • ½ C. peanut butter
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 T. vanilla
  • ½ C. dried cranberries

Lightly grease the crockpot, then add the oats, peanuts and salt. In a small bowl, combine the honey, butter, peanut butter, cinnamon, and vanilla, microwaving and stirring until smooth. Pour the honey mixture over the oats and peanuts. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes. Once cooked, stir in the cranberries, spread across a baking sheet and cool.
