Crunchy Cucumber Spread

A dip you can really sink your teeth into - especially spread over a great, crusty bread.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 C. buttermilk
  • 1 Tbs. milk
  • 1 tsp. grated onion
  • 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 C. finely chopped cucumber

Directions

Combine all ingredients; stir until blended. Cover, chill 2 hours. Serve as a spread over crackers or crusty bread.
