Crunchy Granola Bars

- 4 cups Oats
- 1 cup Flax Seeds
- 1 cup Chopped Pecans
- ½ cup Crunchy Peanut Butter
- ⅓ cup Turbinado Sugar or Brown Sugar
- ⅓ cup Honey
- 1 stick Butter
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 cup Dried Cranberries
- 1 cup Chopped Dates
- ⅓ cup Blue Agave Sugar
Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees.
Spread oats, flax seeds and pecans on two large cookies sheets.
Toast in the oven for 6 minutes.
Place the nuts and oats in an extra large mixing bowl.
Add peanut butter, sugars, honey and butter to a medium saucepan.
Make sure you stir until dissolved, then remove from heat.
Add in vanilla, cranberries and dates.
Next, pour contents of saucepan into oats in mixing bowl.
Grease one large cookie sheet with cooking oil or spray.
Start adding the mixture to cookie sheet and spread evenly.
Press the mixture firmly to seal throughout cookie sheet.
Put in the oven and bake for 6-8 minutes, or until it starts to brown slightly.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
Cut into bars and serve.
