  • 4 C. rolled oats
  • 1 C. almonds, sliced
  • 1 C. pecans, chopped
  • 1 C. raw sunflower seeds
  • 1/3 C. canola oil
  • 1/2 C. honey
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tbs. ground cinnamon

Preheat oven to 300 degrees and prepare two baking sheets.

Combine oats, almonds, pecans and sunflowers seeds. Mix oil, honey, vanilla extract and cinnamon. Stir oil mixture into oat mixture. Evenly spread mixture onto prepared baking sheets.

Bake for 10 minutes and remove from heat. Stir granola well and continue to bake for an additional 10 minutes.
