  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast half (about 1 lb.)
  • 1/4 C. Swanson® Chicken Stock

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Stir the corn flakes, garlic powder, black pepper and red pepper in a shallow med.bowl. Dip the chicken into the stock. Coat with the corn flake mixture. Place the chicken onto a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
