Crunchy Pan-Fried Tilapia Fillets

- 4 tilapia fillets
- 1 T. olive oil
- 2 T. butter, melted
- 1/2 C. flour, in a large bowl
- salt and pepper, to taste
Rinse tilapia in cold water, then pat each fillet with paper towels. Season the fillets with salt and pepper, then cover each fillet in the flour. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook each fillet until cooked through, roughly 3 minutes on each side. Before removing tilapia from the skillet, brush with melted butter. Serve and enjoy!
