  • 2 T peanut butter
  • 2 C oats
  • ⅓ C shredded coconut
  • ⅓ C brown sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions

First, preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and coat with nonstick cooking spray. Mix together peanut butter in honey in a mixing bowl and pour it over the oats. Mix in coconut, brown sugar, and cinnamon until well combined with peanut butter and oats.
