  • 3 C. old-fashioned oats
  • 1 C. slivered almonds
  • 6 T. maple syrup
  • 6 T. packed dark brown sugar
  • 1/4 C. vegetable oil
  • 2 T. warm water
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 C. golden raisins

Preheat your oven to 250°F and lightly grease a baking sheet. In a large bowl, toss together oats and almonds. In a small bowl, whisk together syrup, brown sugar, oil, water, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Pour mixture over oats and toss to combine. Spread onto baking sheet and bake for one hour. Cool and transfer to a large bowl with raisins. Mix together and store in an airtight container for up to one week.
