The crunch of celery, water chestnuts, and pecans makes for an interesting wrap.

  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 4 red leaf lettuce leaves
  • 2 (6 oz.) cans tuna, drained, flaked 
  • 1/3 C. finely chopped celery (about 1 stalk)  
  • 1/3 C. chopped water chestnuts 
  • 1/3 C. Chopped Pecans 
  • 1/4 C. Mayonnaise

Top each tortilla with lettuce leaf. Mix tuna, celery, water chestnuts, pecans and Mayo spoon evenly onto tortillas. Roll up tightly.
