Crunchy Vegetable Salad
Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh broccoli
- 1 small head cauliflower
- 2 or 3 large carrots, sliced
- 2 small zucchini, sliced
- 2 small onions, sliced and separated into rings
- 2/3 C. salad dressing
- 1/3 C. oil
- 1/3 C. cider vinegar
- ΒΌ C. sugar
- 1 Tbs. salt
Directions
Break broccoli and cauliflower into bite sized pieces. Combine with remaining ingredients. Chill several hours before serving.
Yield: 12 servings.
