  • 1 lb. powdered sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 lb. margarine or butter
  • 1 can crushed pineapple (20 oz)
  • 3 C. flour, sifted
  • Optional: store bought or homemade icing or glaze

Cream the butter and the sugar together until fluffy. Add the eggs and the flour. Mix well. Drain the pineapple and then fold the fruit in. Place in tube form pan. Bake at 350 degrees in oven for one hour and 15 minutes.

If you want to ice or glaze it, wait until it cools to do so.
