  • 4-1 1/2 lb. lobsters, cleaned, halved lengthwise
  • Olive oil, as needed
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 lemons, cut into wedges
  • 2 limes, cut into slices
  • 4 leaves of green leaf lettuce
  • 1 C red and yellow grape tomatoes

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Drizzle lobster halves with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper and lemon and lime juice.

Place lobsters on the grill, shell sides down. Grill for about 5 to 7 minutes.

Pull the tails off the direct heat as soon as they’re firm and white. Let the claws and other hard shell parts cook for an extra minute or two.

Serve on platters on top of lettuce and tomatoes with lemon wedges.
