Cucumber Herb Spread

Ingredients
- 1 (8oz.) pkg. low-fat Philadelphia cream cheese, softened.
- 1 C. finely shredded cucumber, well drained
- 1/2 C. shredded reduced fat Kraft Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 tsp. chopped fresh dill
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. minced garlic
- Reduced Fat Crackers (Triscuits or Wheat Thins work great)
Directions
Mix all ingredients except crackers; cover and chill for several hours to allow flavors to blend. Serve as a spread or dip for crackers.
