Cucumber Soup
Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 qt. buttermilk
- 2 or 3 cucumbers
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Place garlic cloves into a blender; add a cup of buttermilk. Cut skin off 4 sides of cucumbers; then cut cucumbers into quarters. Add quarters to blender as it is running. Fill remaining space left with buttermilk. Chill and enjoy.
