Curried Chicken
Ingredients
- boneless skinless chicken thighs, quartered (or other chicken)
- 3 cubed peeled potatoes
- 1 chopped apple
- 2 Tbs. curry powder
- 1 can chicken broth (14 oz)
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 C. frozen peas, thawed
- 2 C. cooked rice
Directions
Place 1-1/2 lb meat in slow cooker with onion. Add sauce, potatoes, and seasoning. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hr or high for 5 hour. Stir in cooked rice and peas. Cover and cook 20 minutes to heat.
