Curried Peach and Raisin Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 onion, medium, chopped
- 2 tsp. curry, or to taste
- 2 Tbs. butter or margarine
- 1/4 C. raisins
- 3/4 C. chicken or beef bouillon
- 2 tsp. cornstarch blended with 2 Tbs. water
- 3 peaches, medium, firm, sliced
Directions
In a skillet cook onion and curry in butter until onion is tender, stirring occasionally. Add raisins and bouillon. Stir in blended cornstarch; cook and stir until thickened and smooth. Add peaches and heat through.
