Curried Turkey Salad
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 C. plain yogurt
- 1 Tbs. curry powder
- 4 C. cooked leftover turkey, cut into 1" chunks
- 1/3 C. scallions, finely chopped
- 2 C. red grapes, seedless, halved
- 3/4 C. slivered almonds, toasted
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the yogurt and curry powder. Add the turkey, scallions, grapes and almonds. Toss together to coat. Serve chilled.
Yield: 4-6 Servings
