Ingredients
- 1 cup low-fat strawberry yogurt
- ½ cup cranberry juice
- 1 ½ cups strawberries, hulled, cut into quarters and frozen
- 1 cup raspberries, frozen
Directions
Combine yogurt and cranberry juice in a blender. Add strawberries and raspberries. Blend until smooth. Makes 2 servings at 232 calories per serving.
