A very berry smoothie that is good for you.

2 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 cup low-fat strawberry yogurt
  • ½ cup cranberry juice
  • 1 ½ cups strawberries, hulled, cut into quarters and frozen
  • 1 cup raspberries, frozen

Directions

Combine yogurt and cranberry juice in a blender. Add strawberries and raspberries. Blend until smooth. Makes 2 servings at 232 calories per serving.
