Ingredients

  • 8-10 medium potatoes
  • 1/2 C. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 C. sour cream
  • 1 C. green beans, cooked
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. curry powder
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Boil potatoes in salted water until fork tender.  Drain potatoes, then cool, peel, and cut into chunks.  Blend mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, and curry powder together.  Add salt and pepper to taste.  Add potatoes and green beans.  Mix thoroughly.  Refrigerate until served. 


Serve with: Lazy Burgers
