  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • ⅔ C. vegetable oil
  • ½ C. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • For the topping
  • 1 large pkg. chocolate buttercream frosting
  • 1 pkg. blueberries

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine the cake ingredients and divide the batter evenly in a prepared muffin tin. Bake the cupcakes for 25 minutes until they’re fully cooked through. Pour the icing in a piping bag and top the cupcakes once they’re cooled. Top with fresh blueberries.
