  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoon cornstarch
  • ½ cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped dark chocolate
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 70 grams cubed butter
  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a microwave proof bowl for 30 second intervals, stirring the bowl in between heating the chocolate. In another bowl, beat the eggs and brown sugar together. Pour the melted chocolate into the eggs and mix until the ingredients are smooth. Sift the cocoa powder and then sift the cornstarch and salt into the chocolate mix. Mix everything well. Fold in most of the milk chocolate chips. Pour the brownie batter into the skillet. Bake for 25 minutes. Serve with ice cream and remaining chocolate chips.
