For Valentine's Day, there's nothing like a sweet dark chocolate cake to make your evening amazing. Even if your only plan is to watch TV with some of your close friends.

  • 1 box of dark chocolate cake mix
  • 1 C. water
  • 1/3 C. vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 C. yogurt
  • 1 C. semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 C. chocolate frosting

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 13-by-9 inch baking pan. Add cake mix, water, oil, eggs, vanilla extract and yogurt to a large bowl. Mix until well combined then stir in chocolate chips. Bake for about about 25 minutes. Once cake is cool, cut it in half and add a layer of chocolate frosting to combine cake halves. If you desire, add icing on top of cake.
