  • 1 c. of almonds, chopped
  • 2 tbsp of unsalted butter
  • 0.5 c. of chocolate chip
  • 2 c. of dark chocolate, broken into pieces
  • 1 c. of white sugar
  • 1 tbsp of butter
  • 2 c. of flour
  • 3 eggs

Place dark chocolate, butter, and sugar in a heavy-based pan, heat gently until melted. Leave to cool. Stir in the eggs, and flour to the chocolate mixture. Cook for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add almonds and mix well. Pour the mixture into a prepared tin and bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. To serve, garnish with remained almonds and chocolate chip on top.
