  • 4 T butter
  • 3 cloves of minced garlic
  • 16 oz button mushrooms
  • 2 T flour
  • 1 ½ c milk
  • 3 T olive oil
  • ¼ C chicken broth
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp basi

First, cook the pasta for about eight to ten minutes. After pasta is done cooking, strain from water and set aside.

Next, melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, add garlic, and cook until garlic is fragrant. Add the mushrooms and cook them for eight minutes until mushrooms are golden brown and soft. Add flour, parsley, oregano, and chicken broth and simmer until mixture has thickened. Then, season sauce with salt and pepper.

Mix pasta with sauce and serve.
