  • 1 package buttermilk biscuit dough
  • ½ cup marinara sauce
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 garlic clove

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F and coat a cast iron skillet with olive oil and rub the garlic clove around the pan. Thaw the pizza dough and roll it out. Place the dough in the pan and push it up around the sides so it comes up 1.5 inches on the sides. Sprinkle ¼ cup mozzarella cheese on the crust and top with all the sauce. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and the parmesan cheese. Bake for 30 minutes.
