Ingredients

  • 1× 10¾oz. can Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • ½ cup Milk
  • ⅛ tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Shredded Monterey Jack and Pepper jack Cheese
  • 1 cup Diced Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 2× 9oz. pkgs Frozen Cut Green Beans, thawed
  • ⅔ cup Canned French Fried Onions
  • ⅔ cup French Fried Onions, for topping* (optional)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In mixing bowl, combine soup, milk and pepper. Slowly stir in cheese, diced pepper and cumin, blending well. Alternate layering green beans and mixture in casserole dish until full. Place in oven and bake for 30 min. Add fried french onions on top when done for an added crunch.
