Delectable Bacon Mac And Cheese Cups
Serving Size / Yield
- Leftover macaroni and cheese
- 1 C. cooked bacon, chopped small
- 1/2 C. shredded cheese
- cooking spray
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Coat muffin tin with cooking spray, then evenly distribute leftover mac and cheese in each cup. Top with bacon bits and cheese and place in the oven. Let cook for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is fully melted and starting to brown.
Take out and let cool for 5 minutes, carefully remove cups from muffin tin and serve.
