Delectable Crockpot Pizza Recipe
- 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef, ground chicken, ground turkey, or a mix of chicken and beef
- 1 8 oz. pkg. rigatoni pasta
- 1 16 oz. pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese (can use fat-free or reduced fat)
- 1 can cream of tomato soup (can use 1/2 C. fat-free evaporated milk and 1 can of tomato sauce)
- 2 jars pizza sauce
- 8 oz. sliced pepperoni
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes or until al dente; drain and set aside. In slow cooker, alternate layers of ground beef, noodles, cheese, soup, sauce and pepperoni. Cook on low setting for 4 hours. Serve with garlic bread and a salad.
