  • 1 lb of tilapia fillets
  • 2 tsp of oregano
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 c. of flour
  • 2 c. of fresh lettuce
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp of mango sauce
  • 2 tbsp of lime juice
  • 5 tbsp of sour cream
  • 0.2 c. of cilantro, chopped

Season tilapia fillets with oregano, salt and black pepper. Coat each fillet with a beaten egg, and then with flour evenly. Cook the fillets in a deep skillet with vegetable oil for 20 minutes, covered. Spread lettuce on tortillas. Place fish fillets, and top with red onion and cilantro. Spread mango sauce on tacos, and drizzle with lime juice. Top with sour cream. Serve.
