Delicious Balsamic Honey Caprese Salad Recipe
Serving Size / Yield
- Grape tomatoes
- 8 oz. fresh mozzarella balls (perlini)
- 16 basil leaves (julienned)
- 1/4 C. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 C. Honey Ridge Farms Balsamic Honey Vinegar
- Kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper
Slice tomatoes in half. Add the Perlini Mozzerella balls and basil leaves. Drizzle with olive oil and Balsamic Honey Vinegar. Sprinkle with kosher salt and fresh groun pepper.
Fire Roasted Chili Honey Vineg1ar may be used in place of Balsamic Honey Vinegar for an alternate version.
