Spray a 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking spray and line it with crescent roll dough to make a crust. Be sure your crust doesn’t have any holes in it. (It is easier to pat the seams together if you let it set for about 5 minutes, until it reaches room temperature.) Bake crust at 350 degrees for 5-8 minutes, or until set and lightly brown, but not totally done. Brown sausage until pink color is gone; drain and remove from skillet. Add ham chunks and cook just until light brown, and remove from pan. Wipe skillet with paper towel and add 1 tablespoon of butter and the green onions. Sauté until tender and translucent. Place all meats on top of baked crust and top with cheeses. In the blender, whip eggs, half-and-half, salt, and pepper until mixture is frothy. Add sautéed green onion to egg mixture and blend for 1-2 seconds, just until onions are mixed through egg mixture. Pour egg mixture on top of other ingredients. Gently pat ingredients into egg mixture so everything is moist with egg. This will stop cheese and other ingredients from burning. Bake in a 375-degree oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until eggs are done and a knife comes out clean.
